What it costs
Two rates, nothing hidden

The second rate applies to: Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These are genuinely more expensive for us to reach, so we're passing on the difference, not marking it up.
When it arrives
How long you'll wait
- Pieces that are ready
- Dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 days after that, a little longer for the far corners.
- Made to your measurements
- The lead time is on each piece's page before you order. Most take around 21 days to make, then ships as above.
- A piece recreated for you
- Around 21 days from the day we agree the details, depending on the work involved. We'll tell you honestly before you commit.
Once your parcel leaves us we'll email you the courier and tracking number, and both appear on your order page.
Paying
UPI or cash at the door
Pay by UPI and we'll confirm as soon as it lands, usually within a few hours. Cash on delivery is available up to ₹10,000 and adds ₹50 for handling. Above that we ask for UPI, because a refused high-value parcel costs a small house like ours a great deal.
We never see or store your card details. UPI goes straight from your app to our bank.
Something not arriving?
Message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier ourselves. And when your parcel does arrive, please film yourself opening it. That's what lets us settle any damage claim in minutes. Here's why.
